Items in our store are made to order and/or personalized. My Adorable Pup LLC cannot accept returns. 

If there is an issue with your order when it arrives, please reach out to us within 48 hours—we’re committed to making it right. Please note that we’re unable to offer exchanges on custom or personalized items, so we kindly ask that you double-check sizing and personalization details before placing your order.
