2. How long will my personalized order take to ship?
Most personalized items ship within 3–5 business days.
During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend slightly due to order volume, but we always work hard to get your items out as soon as possible.
3. What if I made a mistake on the personalization?
We totally understand — it happens!
If the order hasn’t started production, we can update it. If it has already begun, reach out and we’ll do our best to assist with a thoughtful solution.
4. How do I know which size to choose for my pup?

If you’re in between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
